* Provided computer technical assistance to 156 end users. Troubleshooting computer hardware and software problems. Manage, track, and setup department computer equipment.
* Advise on the technological aspects of the department, such as software licensing, hardware purchasing, and legacy data storage, and future technologies.

January 2007 -- December 2007
* Maintained J.E. Riley Property Tax database program that was setup to access clients' property tax information.
* Provided SQL commands for J.E. Riley Property Tax database to automatically update property tax information, pictures, and provide comparable sales for the current tax years.
* Provided IT Support by purchasing computer hardware and software. Also setup a team to assist with the setup, installation, and education of new technology.

* Migration of the Housing Department Outlook Exchange 2007, and File Server to Active Directory.

* Enforced a strict security access with Microsoft Forefront, strengthen log-on & password security.

* Discuss and implemented a plan to find a cost effective alternative to our contract with AT&T.
* Conducted inventory and audits for the Housing Department, as to disconnecting non-active lines of service, ordering new cell phones and Blackberry for users.
