QUALIFICATION SUMMARY

Experience began work as a heavy equipment operator graduating to Foreman, General Superintendent and Senior Project Manager on commercial construction projects. I worked up through the ranks -old school- style, readily adapting to new techniques and technologies, running self-perform vertical concrete construction in the commercial building trades.

I have accumulated a broad spectrum of experience in best means and methods of construction including; infrastructure for site work, underground utilities including water, waste water, storm, electric and gas distribution. I have many years` experience in structural/CIP concrete work, structural steel, pre-cast, tilt wall, masonry and wood frame in high-end residential, production residential and horizontal/vertical commercial applications.

I have years of association with -high end- finishes and the installation as well as care and maintenance of these products such as; marble, granite, quartz, terrazzo, high end millwork in multi-million dollar condominiums. I am computer proficient and work with Primavera, Sure Track, and Microsoft Project.

I currently have over 70 hours of O.S.H.A. safety training and strive to make a safe environment for all employees, as everyone should go home free of injury every day. I am well respected by people I work with as well as owners, developers, engineers and architects I have worked with in the past and currently. I have managed large groups of people as general superintendent and project manager with great success and enjoy doing so.

Bond Construction Manager

Over new construction for a high school 280,000 square feet, performing arts center 90,000 square feet, and a sports complex 32,000 square feet, football field, and track. I managed 3 General Contractors, responsible for construction budget, completion scheduling, and quality of work. ($99,000,000)

Bastrop High School - Bastrop, TX

Project Superintendent

Managed 1 assistant superintendent and 180 - 200 employees during the Bastrop High School addition and renovation, adding a new cafetorium and 2 story science building as well as the renovation of 250,000 square foot in and around existing facilities during the summers and occupied school year. New electrical main feed, gas, complete hvac replacement, domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage services and parking areas. ($23,000,000)

Over new construction houses over 42 two story homes in Lakeway, TX. I managed 2 superintendents, 1 civil engineer and assistants as well as 30 - 80 employees under subcontract at various different times. ($12,000,000)

Plant Manager / Facility and Operations Manager / National Training Manager

Facility and Operations Manager oversee facility, maintenance, and annual operating budget at the Gibraltar Plant. ($8,000,000)

Managed New Product Development and Testing. I managed 2 PHD`s, responsible for new product development, new product testing and beta testing ($30,000,000)

Managed the Flooring Division for National Training and Warranty Claims. I managed 15 Training Specialist worldwide and responsible for all warranty claims.

US Patent / Developed a recycle process converting computer cases into recycled ABS materials.
