I had to walk through houses write down all big and small mistakes, then either call the sub or fix them myself. I also checked all receptacles and light switches to reinsure they were correct. Next, I had to check all heating and air ducks to make sure they were not clogged or disassembled. Last I would walk the outside of the house to make sure vinyl siding and windows were not cracked.
