Driving the design process, tracking issues, and assisting with resource needs
and schedules
Learning, gathering business requirements, and gap analysis
Planing and coordinating user research, contextual studies, and participatory
design
Translating business requirements and user s needs into personas, scenarios,
process flows, wireframes, design prototypes, and functional design
specifications for complex transactional web sites and applications
Conceptualizing and designing user interfaces and information architecture for
usable and accessible interactions
Conducting usability testing and incorporate recommendations into the design
Communicating research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design
