During my two-month internship with TECOM, I performed various technical tasks involving business analysis,
technical problem solving, and programming skills such as:
Developing Excel applications using Visual Basic for Applications which allowed managers to track client
issues and interactions such as visits or contacts.
Automating monthly/weekly/yearly report generation, and allowing for the dynamic creation of KPI
measurements, and progress reporting using Gantt and other charting.
Providing IT support and troubleshooting in Windows and Mac operating systems.
Taking ownership for existing IT project list and working through many of the open items.
