Experience:
My role at Rockwell Collins is to provide project management support to numerous projects which range from 75K to 15M. I provide project plans established on the type of project. The plans include detailed tasks, resource assignments, and material costs. I assist the project managers with the planning, scope, and line of balance for each project as well as variance analysis and reporting, and risk identification and mitigation. I was the project lead for a software service bulletin of 500k where I directed task assignments to company employees and contractors which resulted in meeting project objectives.
My program support consists of: providing tool and share access, deliver training for tools, troubleshooting and set up of engineering programs, developing action item registers and tracking priority items, material procurement, generating staffing charts and metrics, participate in the bid and proposal process, configuration record updates, document development and submittal, and focal point for OEM communications and TSO packages.
I am an active Facilitator for Lean Electronics efforts and have completed key cost saving and process improvement events. I hold Lean Champion certification through Rockwell Collins.
