* Responsible for Project coordination and application development. I designed numerous applications for the collections department using Visual Basic 6.0 accessing a MS Access backend database. This has included a full scheduling program, Postdated Speedpay program, Recovery program, and many others which allow data entry and data mining functionality. I also developed an Intranet website utilizing ASP.NET. This site allows agents to view various stats throughout the day such as their login/logout times and calls made.
* Part of this job also included working at the Control Desk, which involved coordinating the call flow to the agents and trouble-shooting any PC or Dialer problems that may arise.
