Set up, operate, or tend machines to punch and bend metal material. Install, align, and lock specified punches, dies, using shims, and hand tools. Assist in brake press and shear when needed. Load work piece, position, align, and secure material against fixture or stops on machines bed. Unload work piece grind out burrs or sharp edges, using portable grinders.

Set up, operate machine to punch metal material. Install, align, and lock specified dies in machine. Edit, input initial part dimension into machines control units to start operation. Load work piece, position, and secure material into clamps. Sharpen dies using a togu machine. Handling material for stock and next job order using a forklift. Unload work piece grind out burrs or sharp edges. Check first part for quality assurance sign off paperwork, and input job order into computer.
