I am currently a personal trainer at Just Performance Fitness, LLC in Plainfield, CT. At this gym I work with a team of experienced, certified trainers who share a passion for people and fitness. Our mission is to help every individual who walks through the door meet their fitness goals. In addition to personal training I also run group classes. The classes I run now are circuit based and I run them for kids ages 8-13 and a regular class for anyone 14 years old and above. Running these classes and training individuals at Just Performance Fitness has helped me with individualizing programs as well as dealing with people of all ages.

I worked as a paraprofessional at Putnam High School. As a paraprofessional I was part of the special education department where we specialized in educational assistance for the learning impaired as well as students with behavior issues.

At Minutemen Home Services we are professional painters, landscapers, and renovators. We paint houses inside and out, mow lawns, remove leaves, clean gutters, remove snow, and fix any minor household repairs. Through this job I have acquired a skill set in all these areas. For this program I was part of a group of UConn students who travel to the Natchaug Elementary School in Willimantic, CT, where we helped the students as part of an after school academic program. We helped them with their homework and also joined them for their recess where we get to take a little break from schoolwork to have some fun.
