Fuel Cell Research and Development Center - GM's global hub for developing Fuel Cell and Li-ION battery systems.
Senior Process Engineer/Project Engineer
Clean room process development, new production equipment integration and architecture for multiple fuel cell stack and Li-ION stack production systems. Team Leader for fuel stack/module test engineering group. Specified, developed, delivered and qualified multiple new fuel cell test stands and battery related decoupled development activities.
Provided supplier development support for GM101X "Project Driveway" fuel cell components, resulting in accelerated project timing and on time delivery.
Led multiple Fuel Cell Module Test System implementations and test stand harmonization, resulting in reduced test times and more streamlined test sequences.
Led new Stack Test Stand Implementation and multiple Stack Test Stand harmonization projects, eliminating legacy hardware and providing more efficient test protocols.
