EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

Over 10 years of experience working in real estate, performing appraisals of single family residential homes (including high-value, FHA and REO),

condominiums, one-four unit income properties, vacant land and commercial properties for various purposes including mortgage lending, relocation,

private requests and litigation. I provided a number of various types of real estate acquisition, including transactions and negotiations for single family

residential sales, vacant land sales, remodel projects and site acquisition work for the telecommunication industry involving tower and antennae sites

in Michigan, Illinois and Iowa. I provided engineering for telecommunication networks including, cable relocations and short laterals to switches,

nodes, and new building P.O.P's. Pre-engineer construction, permit, and splicing drawings. Assemble material lists, RFP's and select contractor bids.

Attain permits and right-of-way for private, governmental, utilities, and railroads. Arrange and negotiate building entry agreements with customers,

tenants, and building owners.
