Conceived and designed all initial test documentation and methods for Wholesale

As test lead for Transcend (long distance) and Activation Manager
(local service) products, I was responsible for project planning, testing, and
scheduling of all aspects of product enhancements affecting these products. I
was a member of the original MFS local service team charged with the migration
of local service from Chicago to Tulsa. I proposed and orchestrated the
renovation and implementation from a product testing methodology to a release

billing test system using several different platforms. The system included
service order administration, rating, billing, and test validation software
using Sybase databases and Powerbuilder GUI entry screens. I conductedthe
initial implementation of automated test tools, including the use of WinRunner,
LoadRunner, and Test Director software. I was the test manager and lead for all
integration, user acceptance, regression, and system testing for Cherokee
Billing. Other duties included the creation of comprehensive test plans and
procedures, schedules, test design and requirements, test condition and report
documentation. I personally scheduled and conducted test walkthrus andmeetings.
Verified and distributed test deliverables according to SDLC guidelines.
Executed tests using Windows NT, UNIX, Powerbuilder GUIs, and
InConcert. Created Sybase test databases using SQL scripts. Created Access
databases tailored to specific product requirements. Supervised test teams in
