My objective is to obtain a challenging position in the medical field where I can broaden my knowledge and experience to be an asset to my employers and deliver excellent patient care.

I am a Certified Medical Assistant and have a six year job experience. My former employer is Lone Star Neurosurgery and Office Manager is Sandra Dittmar. She can be reached at 210-***-****.

One of my responsibilities was scheduling imaging studies, test’s, treatment’s and procedure’s and obtaining authorization by utilizing my knowledge with ICD – 9 and CPT Codes. Another was updating patient records with Lab Report’s, Physician Report’s, Imaging Report’s, Operative Report’s and Transcript’s. Some of my many duties included also checking in patients, taking vital signs, assisting patients in completing forms, answering phones, screening phone calls and referring calls to the Office Manager or Physicians,.Other duties where to assist the Physician’s in minor surgeries or physicals, preparing treatment and exam rooms with necessary instruments and keeping the work area and waiting room in a neat and orderly manner.

I graduated from San Antonio College for Medical and Dental Assistant in 2002 with my degree in

Certified Medical Assistant.

I am bilingual in German.
