1) Exporters Preshipment Documentation System
Designed and developed this system for inserting, retrieving, and
generating the preshipment documents used for exports of goods. The
system was designed using Entity Relationship Modeling and the
database was normalized to reduce redundancy. Design incorporated
full use and interaction at all stages, forms and reports produced by
this system were critical to the overall understanding & use of this
system. Designed and analyzed the system using Oracle CASE 5.1 (CASE
* DESIGNER, CASE * DICTIONARY, CASE * GENERATOR). Designed all user
interface and forms using SQL Forms 3.0 with PL/SQL triggers. All
routines written in SQL* PLUS. Designed reports using SQL* Report
writer.
2) Order Entry and Accounts Receivable System
This system was designed & developed for a manufacturing company for
order entry, invoicing and accounts receivable. Generated management
reports to show accounts balance along with sales and payments
activities and report. The system was designed using ORACLE CASE 5.1
(CASE * DESIGNER, CASE * DICTIONARY, CASE * GENERATOR). All interfaces
and forms developed using SQL * Forms 3.0 and PL/SQL triggers.
Routines were developed in SQL * Plus. Designed reports using SQL *
Reportwriter.
3) Inventory Management System for Hospital
This system was developed to maintain the stocks of a variety of
hospital goods. It was designed in Oracle CASE 5.0 ( CASE*DESIGNER,
CASE*DICTIONARY, and CASE* GENERATOR). The data in this system was
integral and sophisticated forms and queries could be incorporated
into this system. Developed first in ORACLE ver 6.0 using SQL*Forms
2.3 with SQL*PLUS with SQL text triggers and SQL*Report writer. Later
modified and upgraded in ORACLE ver 7.0, SQL*Forms 3.0 with PL/SQL
triggers.
4) Multivariate Regression Utility & Production Forecasting System
This system was comprehensively designed in ORACLE CASE 5.1 usingCASE
*DESIGNER, CASE * DICTIONARY, CASE * GENERATOR. This system was
developed to forecast production of several agricultural crops based
on available data using the regression formulae over multiple
variables. The database containing past productions details of crops
was maintained on an ORACLE 6.0 RDBMS database and the entire
programming for the regression formulae was done in Pro * C.
5) Human Resources Management System
This system was developed to keep track of personnel and payroll
activities, generate a variety of personnel and payroll form and
documents, and prepare a number of management reports. It was
analyzed and designed in ORACLE CASE 5.0 using CASE DESIGNER, CASE
*DICTIONARY, and CASE * GENERATOR.
