Conceive, design, and manage healthcare technology and data services products for State

and Federal government clients. Manage relationships with Healthcare and Enforcement

agencies, analyze business and technical needs, set pricing strategies, and author and

present client proposals and internal business plans. Collaborate with national industry

groups to evangelize new concepts and establish and deploy new technical standards and

Formulated, designed, and launched new national processes, systems, and transaction

Developed interoperability strategies and platform-independent data exchange models to

enable secure sharing of Prescription Drug Monitoring data across State systems.

Managed national data exchange services for Medicare to facilitate the rapid exchange of

payment data between Part D supplemental and primary insurance plan systems. This slashed

the need for after-the-fact adjustments, reducing plan expenses and member inconvenience

and ensuring proper Medicare reimbursements for over 28 million Part D beneficiaries.

Fostered extensive national business relationships and collaborative alliances with

pharmacy chains, pharmacy system vendors, insurance companies, State and Federal agencies,

and industry groups, maintaining high stakeholder satisfaction and ensuring recurring
