of train stations and the divisions, analysis the data, produce the report every day at

18:00pm. Team member of the Chengdu Railroad Bureau Headquarter Ethernet Management

System project, handling the presidents routine, the official dispatching, the archive

generation, classification, organization and maintenance. Developed Archive Management

System, which included archive auto-generating, anglicizing and storage real time control

system. This worked in distributed environment. It collected the documents from

typewriters or PC word process in presidents secretary office, generated the document

serial number, dates, etc. store in the secretary database. The archive department

automatically received these data every half hour, added the security level, archiving

date, category, storage number, etc. Developed Storage Auto-control System. It collected

the data from the censors in the tens of archive storages located in different building,

analyzed these data by comparing with the standard scale stored in the system, produced

the recommended operations for those storages, such as, increasing the temperatures

decrease the air humidity, add the protection chemical medicines. Developed Railroad

Safety Monitor And Management System. It got the accident report from thousands of the

train stations or divisions around the country within in ten minutes, reported it

immediately to president office and headquarter of the Railroad bureau of china in

BeiJing, then analyzed it with the historical data of this train, region, the parts that
