*Managed a staff of 37 consultants and 12 employees and provided project analysis for a $250M company involved in a complete system and business implementation that had missed four go live attempts and did not have the capability to get the project back on track; prior to engagement, the company was $25 million into the project and burning through $1.5 million a month; within 30 days assessed the project and initiated a strategic plan to get the project back on track going live within 9 months.
*Analyzed and re-negotiated most vendor contract set expectations as well as building a better relationship; I was able to attain a combined $718K reduction in future billings from three vendors.
*Reduced the number of consulting resources to a manageable size that was required to complete the project successfully; within a 10 month period, 55 consultants were eliminated and at go-live, 6 consultants remained.

Managed a staff of 18 employees for the 360 employee 78 year old company of woman`s sleepwear, daywear and intimate wear that produced a line of self-branded items; lines of private-label items for retail outlets; in addition to having relationships with outside brands to sub-contract design and manufacture. Owned full P&L responsibility in addition to managing a $2.1M expense and $1.6M capital budgets. Implemented the use of project management, business process analysis and training programs in order to better manage projects and for everyone to be consistently learning and bettering themselves as well as the company.
*Facilitated the implementation of a B2B website to improve operational effiecncy, increased order accuracy to 99%, and increase customer relationships.
*Facilitated the implementation of a B2C website to improve corporate appearance and increase brand recognition.
*Facilitated the implementation of a logistics project increasing visibility into the supply chain resulting in cost reduction of $450K per year.
