Safeguarding up to 56 client relationships and ensuring that the staff assigned was appropriate for the assignment. Client industries include colleges, hospitals, retail, manufacturing, corporate environments, banking, and transportation.

Key Results: Maintained 100% client retention. Created sound retention programs for the branch employees and managers. Managed Human Resources department and Operations Department. Maintained compliance with safety meetings and OSHA guidelines. Conduct, monitor and manage orientation programs for new employees, as well as quarterly supervisor/manager meetings.
