“Adrianna is incredibly detail-oriented, delivering confidence throughout the team. She has the ability to start a project with little direction and see it through with superior results. Her enthusiasm to get the job done, no matter how big or small, is contagious.”

-David Petr, Executive Director at Winter Haven Economic Development Council

"I am delighted to introduce Ms. Adrianna Alter to you. She is one of my favorite graduates. I have known Ms. Alter for three years as a student and as a Teaching Assistant. I have traveled abroad with her in an intense urban design studio in Mexico and I can attest to her capabilities; her work was exemplary. Further, she has traveled widely in her curriculum and she always does some of the best work in the class, as she adapts well to new environments. She is diligent, energetic, and intelligent. She is a good designer and she has an excellent command of digital design skills.

Ms. Alter has been in two studios that I co-taught. Her participation in the studios was instrumental to their success; she has considerable credibility with her peers and she works well in team situations. She is a self-starter who does not need to be lead through the design process, she has excellent command of modeling skills and she has a good eye for composition. She is one of the few students that I have had who turned in her assignments early as a matter of habit.

For two years we relied on Adrianna to teach a variety of classes as a Graduate Assistant; she had the responsibility for a study section of a larger class. During this time she had to adjust to several different instructors and she had to work with the typical problems that all instructors face. She has dealt with her teaching responsibilities with maturity, care and good humor.

Finally, I heartily recommend Ms. Alter to you. I know you will find her skills, acumen and personality a significant contribution to your organization.

Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions, ******.*******@***.***."

-Andrew Vernooy, Dean & Professor, Texas Tech University College of Architecture

"Adrianna is a former student of mine and an alumni of Land Arts of the American West. In the fall of 2009 I had occasion to travel and camp with Adrianna for two months as part of the Land Arts field season. Living in close quarters and under the physical duress of the desert environment allow many facets of a person to be revealed. I can attest unequivocally to her stature, integrity, and dedication. Adrianna was diligent in the pursuit of her course work and committed to the evolution of the culture of our group in the field. Regardless of how firm the wind blew or any other potential distraction, I could always count on Adrianna to step up and take care of anything. Adrianna’s keen design sensibility and broad understanding of the priorities that face the future of architecture make her an idea candidate for working in a studio that values presence, authenticity, and vision. I am confident her level of experience will carry her far and she will be able to quickly master any skill sets required. She will be a great addition to any team. "

-Chris Talyor, Director of Land Arts of the American West at Texas Tech University

"Adrianna was my study abroad Teaching Assistant and Travel organizer for the Studio Abroad to Montreal. Adrianna would be a great employee. She has all of the qualities you want in an employee - committed, punctual, hard worker, honest and innovative. She is also a very good designer. If you would like to know more feel free to contact me (*****.****@***.***). Glenn”

-Glenn Hill, Associate Professor, Texas Tech University College of Architecture
