Research Engineer
Duties included interface with ad agencies/art directors as to technical preparations necessary for three dimensional lenticular lithography. Design and development of printing and production equipment to facilitate production of lenticular graphics. New product development, lenticular lens design and production/costs analysis via plastic
injection molding, extrusion and embossing techniques. Set building, lighting and 3-D photography by means of custom-built 11"x14" large format and VistaVision motion picture camera systems. Inventor of U.S. Patent #5,303,370, a non-counterfeitable screen/mask design that once composited in the printing process cannot be re-separated for use in unauthorized duplication. Currently in use on Pinnacle Baseball Cards. Since the process' inception there have been no known unauthorized duplicates to appear on the market.

Operation of night screening facilities as the demand requires. Duties include operation of Simplex projectors, Magnatech sound dubbers/reproducers and recorders, 8- and 12-channel mixing boards and associated patch bays. Work directly with director, director of photography and various editors by synchronizing the previous days sound and dialogue with the previous days film shoot. Films include work on Oliver Stone's "Talk Radio", "Born on the 4th of July" and "J.F.K.". Other films include "An American Story", "Problem Child" and "Hexed".
