IT Support Position (Albany)

Currently I am looking for an available Manager/Supervisor/Director role to support Medical Practices/Clients, Medical electronic system solutions and regular IT technologies for small business and corporate environments.

I have experience with Level 1 Support for the following medical EHR/EMR solutions: Medics Premiere, AllScripts & GE Centricity.

I also have developed support experience in various hardware and software technologies throughout my career.

I have developed direct relationships with the Support Teams of the systems listed and have worked side-by-side with various support personal from each of the solutions listed. On many occasions, my involvement has stemmed from individual client support resolutions and/or system wide enhancements to assist the software company to improve any issues with their solution performance and/or enhancements. I have a vast knowledge of Windows and Apple hardware and software support and resolution.
