departmental processes, procedures and policies in conjunction with ISO 9001. Managed the
implementation of MAS90, an ERP system consisting of modules in accounting, purchasing,
inventory, bill of materials and work orders. The decision to implement this system was
from my performing an analysis and following a 4-D cycle methodology: Diagnose; Design;
Deliver; Debrief. Performed the role of Project Manager for the implementation of an email
system using MS Exchange, and a new multi site telephone system. Managed the development
of a company wide project management program for an e-commerce strategy, supplier
evaluation and certification program, and new product development program.

Hired by the Fortune 500 company, in Colorado, transferred to the southern California
area meriting several promotions. In a proactive environment, held positions as Project
Leader, Warehouse Supervisor, Materials Coordinator, Buyer and Contract Administrator.
From 1994 until 1997, worked as the project leader for the implementation of MAXIMO, a
CMMS, Computerized Maintenance Management System. Developed our requirements, strategic
plan, business plan, and an action plan that lead us to search for a new system. We
identified several potential software packages that would serve our needs and through an
extensive evaluation process determined the MAXIMO would fit our requirements.
