Project 1: Advantag CarrierID Reader/Writer

Description This Project facilitates to Read and Write the data to Microtag which will be

placed on the different stations across network by using AdvanTag carrierID reader/writer

Hardware.

Responsibility Advantag RFID will generate the Radio Frequency energy will be used to

read and write the data into micro tag nearer to the antenna. I was involved in writing

the FRS Document for advantag component which will support SEMI E99-1000 standards and UMC

requirements. And also I was involved in preparing FDS document. I was involved in

developing the SDR drivers to communicate with the Advantag CarrierID Readers using SECS

protocol. We used different synchronization techniques and threading concepts to process

the messages from the equipment and sending to the equipment.

Project 2: GEMSECS

Description This protocol application is needed in between HOST computer and Equipment

computer. GEMSECS activex control receives commands from HOST by using SECS driver and

decodes that message in to equipment understandable language. It can Encode messages,

which come from Equipment and send to HOST computer.

Responsibility I am primarily responsible for creating GEMSECS Activexcontrol, which will

be reside on Seqncr.exe. I also responsible fordecoding messages and transfer these

messages to respected modules. I am also responsible to encoding messages, which come from

different modules in equipment and to send host. I was involved in E40 and E94 modules as

team coordinator.

Project 3: Keyence Bar Code Reader

on the different stations across network by using ASCII protocol.

Responsibility I was responsible for making the asynchronous mechanism between the

Keyence bar code reader component and SP1. I worked on the send thread module & Receive

Thread modules. I was involved in developing com component that communicate with the

Keyence equipment to read data from micro tag which is attached to the semiconductor wafer

Inspection equipment. and also it will be used to send different commands to the hardware

like self test, reset .we can access this component across network.

Responsibility I was involved in the design and development of the Products & the

Payments Module. This involved developing COM components using ATL which where deployed in

the business & data tier. The business tier components were deployed under MTS. DCOM was

used to connect the business tier components to the data tier components. I was

responsible for developing some of the web pages using ASP since our requirement

necessitated servicing both intranet & internet clients. ADO was used for database access.

Description The aim of the project is to build the History of patients who have visited

the hospital and the details of the treatment administered during their consultation

Responsibility As part of the development team developed both the business and data

components for the patients module. I was involved in developing the COM components (using

ATL) that encapsulated the business logic in the patient module. Both the business & data

tier components were deployed under MTS. MSMQ was used for asynchronous store & forwarding

to inform completion of transactions even at machine down time. I was also involved in

developing some of the Web pages for Patient access using ASP.

Description This project is for development of work flow application for internal office

documentation. Employees can submit their request like leave applications, loan

applications etc. through the Intranet. These requests are automatically validated and

approved/rejected and the response is send to the employee.

Responsibility Involved in development and implementation of leave application module of

the system and developed several stored procedures. Application was developed by using

Three-Tier architecture with user services offered through VISUAL BASIC, business logic

was coded in COM components and SQL Server was used to store the data.
