PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

- Architectural Construction Administrator (ACA) on Salvador Dali Museum for HOK.

o Attended all construction meetings, provided direction for resolution of RFI`s with sketches and written directives, coordinated A&E`s review of materials and spatial issues to achieve the owner`s design requirements. Results: Opened on time, in budget and returned majority of contingency fee to owner.

- ACA on Office Depot 630,000 sq. ft. Global HQ in Boca Raton for HOK.

o Provided resolutions to RFI`s, directed in-field design modifications, reviewed and approved material submittals, attended all construction meetings. Results: opened as scheduled, in budget and returned partial contingency to owner.

- ACA on 100,000 sq. ft. Manatee County Emergency Operations Center for HOK.

o Hired as consultant to owner and rep for Architectural firm to perform in-field construction monitoring for compliance to plans and specifications. Provided daily progress log to owner, architects and GC. Results: Opened as scheduled and in budget.

- Project Manager to design and build-out 8 office spaces in eight cities for the Share Technologies Fairchild Group working for Collman & Karsky Architects of Tampa.

o Traveled around the country to review sites w/C.B. Richard Ellis for office spaces. Worked with local office management to develop working plans for their needs, reviewed and hired local GC to build-out space, monitored construction, set-up employees` move from exist offices to the new facilities. Results: all offices were completed on time and in budget.

- In-field Project Lead for 6-man A&E team for Jacobs Engineering to build the 210,000 sq. ft. G. Holms Braddock H.S. in Miami. Result: First school in 29 years in Dade County to open on time and in budget.

- Building Design support to consolidate the manufacturing, sales and warehousing operations for Revlon`s Professional Care Division in Jacksonville for Jacobs Engineering. Our plans were used by Revlon for future expansion considerations.

- In-field Project Administrator for Jacobs Engineering for building Walt Disney World`s Pleasure Island. Replaced existing in-field coordinator in order to keep contract with Disney. I successfully closed out the project.

- In-field Project Coordinator and construction monitoring for HOK in the building of Universal Studio`s City Walk Project. Replaced existing Project Manager in order for him to go to another project and provided tutelage for hands-on construction monitoring for two young architects who developed the construction documents.
