These track and report on Claim Payments made by Crawford Co. on behalf of their clients. Upgraded LFMS NATURAL library for Y2K compliance. Designed and developed the Check Inventory subsystem. Designed and developed an automated Check Reconciliation subsystem. Designed and developed a Cleared/Void Check Storage Box Inventory and labeling subsystem. Assisted with the design and development of the Adjusting Entries sub-system which is used to create the transfer amounts to replenish funds disbursed by Workers Compensation and Liability Claim Payments. Wrote Internal/External Design Documents, program specifications, designed physical and logical files and prepared test and implementation plans. Conversion Specialist, 01/1990 05/1990 Software Research and Development, Denver Co.

Assisted with the second phase of a Honeywell to IBM conversion for a major aerospace manufacturer. This involved converting Honeywell Level 66 JCL to IBM OS/MVS JCL, re-compilation of COBOL programs and parallel unit and system testing.

For a large accounting firm, assisted in the development and coding of a PC to mainframe interface using ADABAS/Natural 2.1 adn ADABAS 5.0. Assisted with the Maintnanance and Tracking sub-system. The environment was IBM 9370 using DOS/VSE running under VM. Assisted in a variety of efforts during a major Honeywell/IDS to IBM/ADABAS conversion using ADABAS SQL and COBOL. Helped with database issues, file, program and JCL con-version/rewrite and testing. Provided all technical documentation for the conversion process. The environment was IBM 3090, OS/MVS/XA. Responsible for analyzing, standardizing and optimizing both systems and programs for a con-version effort from VAX Natural 1.3 to IBM Natural 2.1. Using the Reporting Mode of Natural, modified or enhanced, tested and then implemented over 200 modules for a major food producer and distributor. The environment was IBM 3090, OS/MVS/XA with version 5.0 of ADABAS.
