OMNI MEDIA CLEVELAND / APRIL 2006 - CURRENT

Omni Media Cleveland is an outdoor advertising company that specializes in wayfinding streetside kiosks. My roles

with the company were very broad including: designing sales materials, mailers, client creatives, email marketing,

website / social network maintenance, proof of performance photography, and sales team support. My time with this

company has given me experience in the world of marketing and advertising.

BEACHLAND TECHNOLOGY GROUP / APRIL 2009 - SEPTEMBER 2009

Beachland Technology Group is a certification school designed to help underprivileged and unemployed adults

increase their software skills. I was brought aboard to teach graphic design software to these adults. I taught the

CS4 versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and in that time I helped 100% percent of my students pass

the Adobe Visual Communications Certification. Teaching this course was a great experience and increased my

interpersonal, team leading, and communication skills.

WESTLIFE NEWSPAPER / MAY 2005 - OCTOBER 2005

My first job in the graphics industry was with Westlife Newspaper. It is a small newspaper that services the western

suburbs of Cleveland. I was brought in temporarily and was given the responsibility of laying out a section of the

newspaper as well as designing client s advertisements. I was required to work very efficiently to meet the tough

deadlines that are part of the newspaper industry. My time there led me to become a faster and more detail oriented

designer.

ASSOCIATES DEGREE of APPLIED BUSINESS in MULTIMEDIA DESIGN

I graduated in April of 2006 with a degree in Multimedia Design. My classes covered both the print side of design as

well as newer mediums, such as, web design, flash animation, video production, and 3D animation. I received the

school s President s Academic Achievement Award in all quarters that I attended.
