Accepted into Belmont University s College of Law s Inaugural Class. Looking forward to starting a

Real Estate Law practice upon graduation. Considering entering politics on a state or local level.

Currently self-employed in real estate investment, development, and sales. I own and manage a

diversified real estate portfolio of single family and multifamily rental units, new construction spec

homes, and vacant land. I have scaled back my personal involvement so that I am able to have the

free time to actively pursue a career in the legal and political field. Securing an internship with a

lobbying firm is the next step in that process.

Purchased my first two properties while a sophomore in college and I haven t stopped. Currently my

business is three tiered: 1) Short Term- Spec Homes, and In-Fill Development. 2) Long Term- Single

and Multi-Family Rentals. 3) Career Based- I am in the process of transitioning from Real Estate Sales

to a full-time Law Student considering a career in politics.

Real Estate Broker. Independent Contractor doing Real Estate Sales. Responsible for listing and selling

property. I generate and create my own business and have found a niche that fits my personal

passion within the real estate field. I work primarily in commercial sales and with fellow real estate

investors, and developers. I am a multi-million dollar producer.
