System - Software Test Manager-Engineer- Lead 2002 - 2012
* Managed Embedded Software Test group with locations in China, France and the USA.
* Principle tester in embedded software testing of all types of mailing systems, shipping systems, and accounting applications.
* Responsibilities included scheduling. end to end Systems Test, Use Case generation, problem tracking reports, work assignments, and annual performance reviews
* Responsible for Systems - Software Project Management for mid sized and larger mailing machine projects. Liaison with the Field Service Organization, Product Supply organization, and Customer Service representatives to help interface with the Engineering groups on problems discovered in the field.
* Lead Engineer from the test perspective with responsibilities that included hiring and training additional software test personnel.
* Helped develop automated test tools and automated test scripts
Product Support Engineer, (PSE) 1998-2002
* Product Support Engineer responsibilities included technical assistance on supported products from field service personnel, Customer Service Representatives, Area Sales Reps, and Pitney Bowes Customers.
* Project Management for Support Center staff and field service personnel involved new product development as well as field and customer service training. Support for products include all core mailing products, as well as, full product line of mailing systems. These systems employ advanced computer based technology, as well as advanced accounting systems with embedded software.

* Responsibilities included troubleshooting, repairing and installing a full line of mailing products such as core,advanced, accounting and mailing systems with a heavy emphasis on customer relations. In addition to the above duties:
* The role of lead trainer for VSP (New Hires) training in 1996, 1997, and 1998.
* Training new hires in the New Haven District in the area of customer service and new equipment repair. This position required creation of the curriculum and execution of a new training program that was eventually adopted at the Aberdeen Woods, Pitney Bowes National Training Center in Atlanta, GA
