Estates: All documents necessary to open Estate, Revenue 1500 Inheritance Tax Return, Estate Litigation, Motions/Pleadings and Briefs, Guardianship Petitions

Family Law: Divorce Complaints, Discovery, Pleadings

As a contract paralegal, I can work with you or your office personnel and staff to facilitate legal assistance with specific cases and projects. The necessity of hiring an in-house paralegal to temporarily assist with specific assignments may be eliminated by the use of a contract paralegal.
