Statewide Administrative Program Manager

Managed staff with different statewide assignments such as the Previous Jim Casey Initiative which includes the Connecticut Youth Vision Team, Youth Advisory Boards and Work to Learn programs, Community Housing Program and Community Life Skills Program consisting of 13 contracted providers and an annual budget of $500K, the Supportive Work, Education and Transition Programs with five providers and an annual budget of $2.M, and the Foster Parent CHAP Program. Handled and oversaw Statewide Mental Health/Therapeutic Support Service programs and project CHOICE Mentoring for adjudicated youth. Performed one on one mentoring to DCF committed youth, which consist of nine contracted providers and an annual budget of $450K.
