various kinds of crown lifts(sit-down,standing and Cherrypicker).
Qualifications/Training- Dental Assistant,ER Technician,Forklift
Driver,Welder A,B,C level,Marksman(assault rifle and pistol),Brown
Belt(Marine Corp Martial Arts Program),Combat Corpman,Hospitalman,and
Base Patrol Security Specialist.
Education - High School Diploma, attained at North Central High
School of Indianapolis Indiana. One year
training as A, B, C level welder.
Specializing in MIG, TIG, and Stick. Also two
months of Brazing on aircraft aluminum.
Eight weeks Dental Assisting School at Shepard AFB Witchita Falls TX, Nine
weeks Field Medical Training Battalion(Combat Casualty Care) Attained
at Camp Pendleton Marine Corp Base.
Military - Enlisted in the US. Navy as a Dental Assistant.
Attended Basic Military Bootcamp in the year of 2005 for
a period of 8wks.
Shortly after Bootcamp I attended Dental Assisting
training Battalion for a period of 8wks.
After completion of Dental Assisting training I transferred to Yokosuska,
Japan and worked at the US.Navel Hospital Hospital for a Period of 2
years in various departments(ER,Dental Clinicand X-Ray Dept).After
transferring back to stateside I was sent to Marine Corp Training
Facility Capm Pendelton to attend my Combat and Combat Casualty Care
Training for a period of 3months.
My MOS was changed from Dental
Assistant to Hospitalman, then to Combat Corpman.As this MOS change
gave me the chance to learn advanced life saving techniques,hand to
hand combat and various markmanship techniques.After the schools
completion I was stationed at Marine Corp Air Staion(MCAS) Miramar.In
2008 I was deployed to Iraq, and was stationed at Command Outpost
Rawah, Iraq in a support unit
for a total of six months.Where as a team of three we supported our
Marines safty and overall well being(Healthcare and Psycologically).
Eight months after my return my EAOS was
achieved and I received an Honerable
discharge with an ending evaluation of Early
Promotion (EP) 4.14 with the Meeting
Standard (MP) being 3.6. And a net worth of
over 1.5 million dollars to the USN for 2008
and 2009,and even higher net value for 2010.
Leadership - I assisted in the running of COP Rawah BAS
Clinic(Base Aid Staion) where I was in charge of the dental unit and the
care of 130 marines and 67 civilian personel.I also assisted in
various incidents where individuals were injured by IED,s and
Shrapenal where I was appointed to take command of other support
divisions in CLB-7.
Community - I contributed to the Veterans of Foreign Wars
for a total of six months as a voluntary food clerk for
a summer where I was in charge of sanitation of the
dining areas. Also I contributed to the amount of two
hundred dollars to the post Vietnam era veterans
education assistance program. Also a volunteer for
Crawford elementary track and field program .
Awards - Good conduct medal, Nation defense service
medal, Global war on terrorism service medal, Humanitarian
service medal, Rifle marksmanship service medal,
Pistol marksmanship service medal.
Bee Removal Specialist - After my time in the service I
worked at Pro-pacific Pest Control as a Bee Removal Specialist
Where I assisted in the removal of hundreds of hives many of which
where over 200lbs. With the training of this job i attained knowledge of
Basic roof repair and waterproofing.
Simos-Sams Club- I worked as a contracted Forklift opertor for a
period of two months where I had to unload product as a unloader and
re-locate 500 pallets a day as a slotter on a Crown standing
forktruck.
