Most work performed will be residential, Landscape, pools tenant improvements.

Work will be performed at a work station at my home office, unless other arrangments are made.

Compensation is negotiable.

Some work may also be done on a contract (per sheet or per job) basis.

I have a Degree in Architecture, and 12 yrs. experience;

My expertise will typically include:

-New Design and/or Remodel of existing structure.

-Drafting from sketches mark-ups or verbal instruction.

-Measure ups / helping with measure ups of existing structures & sites.

-all structures
