Created a Visual Basic (VBA) test tool for excel from concept to code.

That tool extracts test cases from 100s of spreadsheets and display them in

one tablet format in order to make accurate and fast pass/fail decisions.

Developed Android Applications with Eclipse and Java for mobile devices automated testing

purposes using the telephony and web view APIs. Used AT commands on development boards.

Nokia Software Engineer20092010

Resolved bugs on the Symbian platform of Nokia products using C++, Qt, Javascript and

HTML. Trained new team members to come up to speed. Wrote mobile application as a widget

that sits on the phone and talks to the web runtime environment. Was part of a Scrum team

using Agile.

MotorolaSenior Systems Engineer20002008

Patented a method to detect mobile velocity. Designed software systems with Java Mobile

Edition, Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP. Helped with the J2ME reference implementation for

Motorola seamless mobility. Wrote an automated WiFi authentication in native code C++ that

interfaces with Java. Wrote a performance test tool on the mobile device in Java to

interface with a web app and the native libraries of a network emulator from Agilent

Technologies. Had to learn fast Java Native Interface (JNI) to link those two systems

together. Conducted software simulation and modeling for system architecture. Wrote Perl

Scripts to extract dispatch profiles from Nextel s push to talk system. Resulted in a

model to understand the behavior of the Push to Talk traffic.
