A to Z Information Services is an IT department for many businesses in and around the

Atlanta area. As a team member of A to Z Information Services I setup and test Windows 95,

98, ME, NT, XP and Windows 2000 operating systems for workstations to be install at our

clients business. We run network cables if necessary to complete the hookup of workstation

to the server and set up users and email accounts. We load special software that a

business may be using and set up both local and network printers. We install printers,

scanner, hubs, switches, and DSL and dial-up services. We perform monthly maintenance on

each computer at business that request the monthly maintenance service. I perform computer

upgrades and repairs, trouble shooting of hardware and software problems on Windows 95,

Duty Inspector. Supervised mechanics during tear down, build up and testing of the TF-41
