Position: Operations and Production Management Consultant

Currently working as operations and management consultant providing manufacturing and strategic solutions for the Energy, Construction and Utilities

industry. Expertise provided in Product development, new business, on time delivery, Safety, Scheduling, as well as budgeting. Controlled overhead Labor hours for a leading construction Corporation by implementing manufacturing protocols hence reducing production time to 50% and increasing profitability by 35% in other majority of contracts. Managed production operations in the printed annunciate assembly area. Hired and trained a highly productive work force on utilizing spectrum analysis and light emission testing modules. Trained the team on Machining aerospace annunciates and other assembly components using Hermes plotters, laser-etching machine, cutting and drilling tools and vapor deposition chambers on high grade Polycarbonate. Quality Control Responsibility for final product for landing gear indicators, fire handles and other annunciates keeping the tolerance of dimensional variance to one thousandth of an inch. Selected Accomplishments:Came up with newer ideas with a problem solving approach towards vapor deposition process for coatings. Rapidly promoted to higher level of work. Instituted quality program that maintained an out-of-box failure rate for all products to a minimum.
