Trained the team on Machining aerospace annunciates and other assembly components using Hermes plotters, laser-etching machine, cutting and drilling tools and vapor deposition chambers on high grade Polycarbonate. Quality Control Responsibility for final product for landing gear indicators, fire handles and other annunciates keeping the tolerance of dimensional variance to one thousandth of an inch. Selected Accomplishments:Came up with newer ideas with a problem solving approach towards vapor deposition process for coatings. Rapidly promoted to higher level of work.
