CONSTRUCTION / TURN-A-ROUND - PROJECT CONTROLS / PLANNER / SCHEDULER

OBJECTIVE:

Individual, having spent the past seven years performing short term Turnaround / shut-down / outage / construction project planning and scheduling assignments, desires an opportunity, either 1099 or W-2 basis, as a Planner / Scheduler for Maintenance Turnaround or Start Up of projects of Power, Refinery and Chemical facilities. Desired location within commuting distance of home or will consider traveling with reasonable per diem allowance. No relocation please.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Forty-one Years of ?hands-on? field and home office experience in construction management, project management, planning, scheduling, cost engineering, estimating, subcontract administration, claims avoidance / resolution, and business development for engineering, procurement and construction of projects for power generation plants, chemical process plants, gas and refining facilities, heavy / highway, site development, water and waste water facilities, underground utilities, environmental remediation,, industrial facilities, food and beverage facilities, educational facilities and commercial buildings. Extensive experience in by-the-hour shut-down and turn-a-round planning and scheduling. Twenty-eight (28) Years experience utilizing computers and various software (both DOS and Windows operating systems) including Primavera (version P1 ? P6), PMS 80, Microsoft Project, Timberline Precision Estimating, HCSS Estimating, ROCTEC Digitized Take-off, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, Word Perfect and Lotus 1-2-3 for estimating, planning, scheduling and managing of projects.

? Responsible for planning, scheduling, estimating, cost control, progress measurement and client billing for a project converting precipitator systems from hot side operation to cold side operation.
