Assemble different types of aircraft bearings, flight safety parts and critical parts for such companies as Boeing, Bell Helicopter, Parker Hannifan, Kumar Aircraft and Airbus.

Read and follow customer blueprints check and verify radial and axial clearance

Train new assemblers

Perform duties of a team leader as needed

Manually etch part numbers, order numbers, government numbers, and stamp the date of the assembled bearings.

Setup and run laser machines specific to customer's needs, used to identify order, source and dates of assembly on all aircraft bearing.

Setup and operate orbital machine

Setup and run manual lathes for cutting shields to fit shield groves with accuracy and precision

Operate CNC Machines

Work with planners - Backup stock clerk as (pulling components for assemblers)

Ensure that the required paper work for every order is complete and accurate

Box label and fill out the proper paperwork to ship bearings to our customers

Work with design team on new products such as high temperature bearings, ceramic and porcelain rollers, and design fixtures for radial and axial gauges

* Improved Rexnord's methodology to save hours of manual labor and paperwork to process turnaround times on materials and labor. This change improved the overall turnaround time to process a customer orders.
