EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS:
Investigative Management:
Selected as the primary liaison officer and Hostile Threat Coordinator with a major
intelligence command specializing with updating the all-source intelligence center.
Developed and initiated contacts with federal, state and local law and intelligence
officials for operational coordination and updating of sources. Issued operational tasking
during Desert Storm. Collected, researched, analyzed potential threats from various
sources, directing sister units with follow-up tasking. Updated the all-source
intelligence threat center at a major Intelligence command by initiating new liaison
contacts at DIA, FBI and State along with SII requests and open source information. CNN
junkie.
Oral and Written Communications:
Prepared detailed and concise hostile threat assessments, reports, operational tasking,
lesson plans and OM&A budgets. Lectured at schools within the military intelligence
community on various subject matters. Prepared security classification guides to special
access programs. Provided technical counsel to science managers, technology managers and
executive mission managers on operational security.
Administrative and Management:
Served as Intelligence Oversight Officer in absentia, B&C s custodian and ICF Custodian.
Conducted quarterly and annual intelligence requirement reviews, assuring compliance with
DOD and Army regulations. Managed 5 personnel in daily performance of assigned tasks.
Selected as a Classroom instructor and role player in a specialized program to train
junior CI agents in intelligence gathering activities and investigations, which resulted
in these individuals upgraded to 97B20 level and receiving their B&C s
