Rode on the ORSO Lead Task Force Catamaran, and many other skiffs and fish boats, to input the lineal footage of hard boom and soft boom laid at Chandelier Island, Red Fish Island, Stone Island & various bayous and channels into the PathFinder GPS Phone(s) for satellite tracking. Developed and implemented the Hopedale Boom Staging Dock Standards of Procedure in place today. Managed USES & ILES labor pool in Spanish, as necessary. Responsible for accurate counting and detailed inventory of all Hopedale hard boom, soft boom, anchors, bouys and rope staged. Assisted in the creation of Standards, task-specific procedures and coordinated with Safety on all OSHA & Safety Standards.
