In laments terms, I am a communication specialist who deals with radios, satellites, computers and entire networks. My knowledge of computers and networking is vast, and if a situation arises that I may be unfamiliar with, I am diligent in finding a solution. When I started at my current job, (recently laid off due to economic conditions,) the business had just been vandalized and they're entire network had been extremely compromised rendering it useless for daily business activities. Within a short amount of time, I had restored the system to a fully functional system again which afforded the company the ability to conduct daily operations again. I handled all IT issues that arose and built a security infrastructure that will protect their business for years to come. My unit is one of, if not the best, communications unit that the military has to offer and they know that so we tend to get utilized more than others. The military has taught me so much about working as a team, educating others instead of criticizing and constantly learning.
