Applications, Structured Query Language (SQL Server 2008), Business Intelligence

Development Studio, and NCR Teradata. Project scope included automating an intensely

manual process subject to data integrity issues which in turn affected several downstream

applications and external customer confidence in Intel as a supplier.

Computer Technician for Residential Networking; diagnosed computer hardware and software

issues for students and faculty. Performed manual and automated malware and virus removal.

Diagnosed and repaired system corruption and registry issues, as well as network

connectivity problems. Performed manual data retrieval from damaged hard drives, reimaged

and ghosted new hard drives. Setup and configured new installations including Cisco

Software such as NAC and VPN.
