Field Technician / Service and Parts Manager

Performed field level maintenance on office equipment including network scanning and printing systems. Performed telecommunication troubleshooting, network protocol analysis for both wired and wireless communication, software testing and firmware updates. Used test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, voltmeters, spectrum analyzers and frequency counters to perform both component level and board level repair. Wrote documentation and developed component level repair and performed training for technicians.

Worked on the fire control radar on the F4-E, photo-reconnaissance systems on the RF4-C and instrument / autopilot on KC-135 refueling tankers.
