Lexmark's products include single/multi-function laser printers, smart multi-function printers (MFP`s), associated supplies, services and solutions` platforms.

Manager, MPS Global Operations Center (GOC) 2008-Current

* Managed day to day operations of the Managed Print Services (MPS) back office operations based in the Philippines. Drove productivity improvements to manage a 40% business growth while controlling headcount growth.

* Led the GOC team of 90 people responsible for managing over 450,000 assets for our MPS customers worldwide.

* Personally developed the leadership skills of the 1st and 2nd line management team in the Philippines through -hands-on- training and coaching, requiring extensive international travel.

Manager, OEM World Wide (WW) Supply Chain Operations 2006- 2008

* Personally negotiated/managed an on-going operational relationship with a $200m/yr OEM customer.

* Managed negotiation with OEM customer, recovering $1.2m resulting from customer`s late decision to not launch a product in which Lexmark had invested funds for securing unique components for the OEM customer`s product line.

* Led a team of 3 analysts in process enhancements improving supply availability to OEM customers

Manager, Digital Office World Wide (WW) Supply Chain Operations 2002- 2006

* Directly supervised 5 global supply planners in managing monthly production volumes at our Asia manufacturing partners. Process included a 3 month committed supply plan with receipt dates in the Geographies (NA, LA, EMEA, and AP) by month.

* Prioritized the work of WW supply planners to enable rollout of the JDA advanced planning and scheduleing solution. Rollout resulted in the automation of weekly committed supply plans to the Geo sales teams.

Program Manager, Supply Chain, Color Laser Division 2000- 2002

* Business Analyst (BA) on the Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI) project team. Project consisted of designing/developing a web portal for our key partner manufacturers to monitor their inventory near LXK`s DC. As a BA, I wrote and edited documentation for my areas of cognizance which was used for SMI portal new user training.

* Simulated historical forecast error and demand variation to project supply chain cost impacts of not having a -universal power supply- for our printers. The VP of Development used results to justify the trade-off between -design costs- and -supply chain costs.-

Supply Flow Manager, Asia 1999- 2000

Overseas assignment in Hong Kong and Sydney Australia, led cross-cultural teams in Asia in implementing key process changes enhancing communication in the areas for forecasting and supply planning across two divisions.

* Improved communication processes between Sydney and Lexington via better coordination of key information (e.g., supply/demand) for CSA`s (component sub-assemblies) and raw components used on the Sydney Manufacturing line.

* Leveraged my relationship with Lexington management to ensure timely delivery of over 200 printers to arrive by year-end `99 in Sydney, allowing LXK to win a competitive bid.

Project Manager, US Customer fulfillment/Procurement Strategist 1997- 1999

* Improved carrier EDI data integrity from less than 70% to more than 95%, enabling the monitoring of the US customer metrics for -delivery- to customer demand.

* Ensured contracted SLA`s were met in the timely delivery of components to the printer manufacturing lines by our on-site JIT supplier.

Charleston Naval Shipyard 1985-1995

Naval Nuclear Engineer, Reactor Engineering Division

* On-site lead engineer responsible for all technical, safety, and administrative aspects of the nuclear reactor and reactor servicing equipment during reactor overhaul operations aboard Nuclear Submarines

* Provided immediate resolution to any issues to allow continued, unhindered performance of critical nuclear refueling operations.
