I also provide Help Desk support for the ECSS program by routing incoming telephone

I am responsible for providing documentation and administrative support to both internal
and external CSC clients. I provide editing, formatting, configuration mangement of
documentation, and delivery services in support of documentation requirements for CSC s
contracts to develop and maintain multiple logistics support systems for the USAF and
USMC. I also provide administrative duties such as minute-taking, document control, acting
as recorder for peer reviews, and scheduling meetings with the customer, as required. I
also maintain logs of incoming and outgoing correspondence with CSC customers; track
creation, maintain configuration control, and review of documents for timely delivery;
compile daily status of correspondence and upcoming deliveries; maintain up-to-date
templates for e-mail and document creation and distribution; and maintain configuration
controlled and up-to-date contract documentation. I also provide Help Desk support for the
ECSS program which requires logging ticket information and reporting metrics to upper
management.
