I am a professional, friendly, self motivated individual with the ambition to succeed on my everyday tasks on any given environment. Work Experience

Satellite Technician

Directv Home Services, Victorville, CA

I was responsible to get to work on time at 6:30am to receive daily routes, inventory my working van to make sure I had the right equipment for all of my schedule service calls and installations as well to have extra equipment for any unexpected situations. Also, I am responsible to pre-call every customer on my route to confirm appointment and give them an estimated time of arrival. Once at customer's home I meet them by showing my I.D. badge for proper identification, then I confirm order with them and proceed to do an on site survey to place satellite dish and cable routing to make sure customer is satisfy with dish placement and cable routing, then after installation is done I make sure to educate customer on proper use of equipment and different ways to navigate through the Directv system for full customer satisfaction. After leaving the house I use a hand held device to use the internet and connect with the Directv system Siebel and input all the data required to close the job and place myself on route to my next appointment.

Selling real estate I was responsible to market my self and my company to find potential home buyers and sellers, once a lead was generated I made sure to place lead on a data base (agent office or gold mine) where I could keep in touch with client and follow thru. Once I arranged for a listing appointment, I would get a property profile then prepare a market analysis on the property in question and a sellers net sheet explaining all of cost and most important how much money they were going to net from the sale of their house, as I would show them step by step of the process, I would use different techniques that I learned from Tom Hopkins to close the sale, in this case to obtain the listing contract signed from the sellers.

Once the listing agreement was obtain from the sellers, I would help the sellers fill out all of the disclosures and paper work that had to be done. Also, I would start my marketing system to make sure the listing sold fast. Once an offer was received I would help the sellers with all of the inspections and necessary documentation during the escrow process until the transaction was close.

Also, I would help home buyers on the process to buy their house. I would ask them question to better serve them and to get an idea of what kind of property they would be looking for. After getting them pre-qualified for a mortgage loan, I would preview houses that met their criteria to select the best ones and make an appointment to show them the best houses in the market. Once they liked a house, I helped them writing offers and during the escrow period, I assisted them with disclosures from sellers, inspections, work needed on the house prior to close escrow, final walk thru and once escrow closed, give them their keys of their new home
