program some group calendaring automation. I was fully impressed in our engagement. Having
worked with many, many programmers under many different conditions through the years, I
give this praise rarely. Through entirely electronic communication, Bernie was
exceptionally thorough and easy to work with. With only a small amount of money on the
table for this "side job", Bernie repeatedly set aggressive deadlines for his own work,
and kept my goals and objectives at the front of his considerations. Moreover, his
technical depth was exceptional, and he rapidly crafted an elegant approach to some
difficult parsing and application automation in a language that I have no reason to
believe he was all that deeply versed in beforehand. Having some moderate familiarity with
that language myself, his code is clean, naming conventions are great, and I could easily
follow everything he delivered. With pleasure, I'd work with him in a future engagement
