Greetings,

I am currently searching for employment with a company that supports a Information Technology department. I have working experience in all phases of Information Technology.

My background includes director of consultant training, project management, business analyst, supervisor experience, computer programming and help desk management. Briefly, some of my accomplishments include:

- Served as Director of Consultant Training and setup training facility which consisted of local area network and state of the art software development tools and utilities. Instructed company personnel with technical interviewing techniques and software management.

- Served as the first chairperson for the Education Committee, which provided training such as researching and recommending technical education material, instructing micro computer software and Information Engineering courses, editing the monthly technical newsletter and organizing class room training sessions.

- Provided Business Analyst support by conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) session for system design specifications for various IT projects while working as a Technical Consultant.

- Processed multiple assignments using Oracle 8i, PL/SQL, Utl-FILE, Unix, Windows 98/NT/2000, C-Shell, AWK, PERL and other Oracle utilities such as ER-Studio. Designed, created, modified, updated Oracle databases/tables using various utilities, data modeling techniques and scripting languages. Created reports using PL/SQL while using PERL, C-Shell and AWK. Imported external customer data into large customer database using SQL Loader and Utl-File for research and analysis by marketing department.

- Provided sales support by obtaining project specifications, preparing proposals and producing feasibility studies using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Access to earn prospective business.

- Supervised and instructed Installation Technicians with configuration, installation, maintenance of all models of IBM PCs & PS/2s, Compaq PCs, Apple PCs, related peripherals and various application/development software tools for standalone systems and local area networks. Also provided help desk management
