United States Army (1988-Present)

Analytical Control Element (ACE) Chief-Forward Deployed G2-Deputy G2 2010 - Present

Analysis Control Element (ACE) Chief for the 32d Army Air and Missile Defense Command (AAMDC), focused on providing operational intelligence analysis for worldwide air and missile defense contingencies to include: strategic, operational and tactical intelligence connectivity with National Agencies, Joint Service Components and Air and Missile Defense Brigades; preparation and execution of target folders; Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) and Patriot defense design recommendations; Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance recommendations; and analytical training. Overall responsible for Air and Missile Defense Intelligence planning and execution for 9th Air force, 3rd Army, JSOTF and CENTCOM J2/J3. Deployed forward as the Intelligence Detachment OIC for the 32d AAMDC, located in the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division (ISRD), 609th Combined Air and Space Operations Center (CAOC), Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. Provided direct support to the Combined Forces Air Component Commander (CFACC) for all Theater Ballistic Missile Defense Intelligence. Conducted daily briefings to the CFACC and staff pertaining to the regional ballistic missile threat. As the subject matter expert, provided support to the deployed Air and Missile Defense Forces as well as support to USAFCENT. Oversaw the production of daily graphic intelligence summaries of ballistic missile threat activity in the USCENTCOM area of responsibility. The fused, analytical product was used extensively throughout the theater and also provided situational awareness to the United States European Command, the Missile Defense Agency and multiple National Intelligence Agencies. Senior Counter-Intelligence Logistics Officer

2007 - 2009

Senior logistics officer for the Army`s largest counterintelligence group consisting of 3 battalions and a command operating budget of $42 million. Served as the principal advisor to the Group Commander for all logistical issues. Provided multi-functional logistics management to group elements in over 73 locations throughout the United States, Europe and Hawaii in support of their mission to protect Army forces, secrets and technologies. Managed real property construction, renovations and maintenance projects for over 380,000 square feet of real property. Managed all aspects of contracting, property accountability, installation support agreements and environmental issues. Coordinated with the group resource manager on stewardship issues. Supervised a professional logistics staff of 19 personnel.

Senior IntelligenceOfficer 2005 - 2007

Direct overall intelligence operations for the Nation`s largest combat training and mobilization location, with accountability for training, intelligence production and security management; organization employs more then 1500 in a 5 State region. Supported a dynamic customer base comprising of more then 100 ever-changing organizations deploying for combat operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Horn of Africa. Conducted site management and built the intelligence operations from the ground up. Established, developed and formulated policies, practices and procedures that streamlined intelligence operations. Equipped personnel with current intelligence information through multiple briefings and real world scenario training events that prepared and certified tactical HUMINT teams (THT`s) while building an intelligence operation that provided current intelligence for other deploying units with multiple roles.

Commander 2002-2004

Commander of a Headquarters and Headquarters Company and Deputy Installation Commander of a United States Army Europe Base Support Battalion which provided contingency operations and base operations support in the Kaiserslautern Strategic Deployment/Staging Platform; the largest joint (Army/Air Force) community outside of the continental United States. Managed the health, welfare, training and discipline of over 90 soldiers; coordinated, planned, supervised and executed all activities that support unit missions. As the Deputy Installation Commander of Pulaski Barracks, directed, organized and controlled all aspects of installation activities to include: Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection operations, installation access and security, real property management and maintenance and repair of 40 buildings of a 143 acre installation.

Opposing Forces Exercise Planner

2000 - 2002

Opposing Forces (OPFOR) Exercise Planner at the Warrior Preparation Center (WPC), a jointly manned Army/Air Force organization that develops and conducts interactive computer simulations to train U.S., NATO and Partnership for Peace operational level commanders and their battle staffs. Provided the Intelligence Exercise Team with designed, developed and constructed battle field scenarios that replicated current enemy operations and doctrine based on current intelligence. Consistently involved with team building collaboration, the planning, preparation and execution of opposing forces tactical through strategic operations for exercises supported by the WPC. War-gamed developing exercise scenarios, opposing force structures and campaign plans to fulfill the established training objectives of the exercising organization. Coordinated OPFOR mission requirements with the training audience and the WPC staff to support both exercises and contingency mission rehearsals.

Senior Intelligence Officer 1997-1999

Senior Intelligence Officer for a FORSCOM Corps Air Defense Artillery Brigade consisting of two PATRIOT Battalions, a Combat Support Hospital, a National Guard STINGER Battalion and two National Guard AVENGER/MANPADS Battalions totaling over 2,900 soldiers. Managed air defense intelligence for III (US) Mobile Armored Corps. Managed and produced research and intelligence products in support to worldwide deployments, exercises and contingency planning and mission execution. Ensured Brigade intelligence and security compliance with all Corps, Fort Bliss, FORSCOM and TRADOC requirements were met. Trained and led a seven soldier section using state of the art intelligence systems and analytical techniques. Served as the Corps` subject matter expert on enemy air and missile weapons, equipment, organization and doctrine.
