2012SpherionTemp: I worked in Hawain tropic as an assembly line worker and also a
groundskeeper at a Golf course. 2011 Golden Lion Host: Organized seating of guests
entering and exiting the restaurant. I assisted servers taking care of the guests. I also
estimated the wait times for guests, monitoring the guest waiting list, and ensuring that
the needs of the guests are met while they were waiting. 2009-2010: The Pro-Care: Medical
Transportation Specialist: Drove to Patient s homes to assist them by transporting them to
their medical appointment. While in transit I would listen, advise and encourage the
patient through their physical health issues. After returning the Patent to their home
after the appointment, I would document the appointment detailing the trip, and inform the
company on the patient s next medical appointment. 2006 - 2007: Driveline: Vendor -
flooring department for Lowe s: As an employee I maintenance of signage, brochures,
stickers, hang tags, etc. to provide the easiest most consumer friendly buying experience
possible. This area of focus also includes removal of damaged product and limited down
stocking to keep shelves in saleable condition, again to assist consumer buying
experience. I was well trained in all facets of flooring from selection to installation. I
also focused on training the Lowe's in-store flooring team to more effectively market and
sell as well as cross-sell secondary purchase materials. Driveline was the one of the
technologically advanced companies in the in-store merchandising industry. This technology
facilitated in-store accountability, feedback and follow up to assist in development of
new programs as well as complete analysis of existing programs. Our technology provided
unparalleled store level visibility of store level activity and opportunities. 2005 -
2006: Home Depot: Customer Service Associate - flooring department. Provided fast,
friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide
assistance. I had an emphasis on department and product knowledge, providing information
on product features, and knowing related items to sell an entire project. I was well
versed in how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in my department, and
knew how to handle basics in adjacent departments. I maintained the in-stock condition of
assigned areas, and ensure that it is clean, shoppable, and safe. I was a team player with
the Department Supervisor, Sales Specialist(s), other associates in their department as
well as other sales departments, the Inventory Management Associates, and the Front-end
Associates to ensure customers' needs are met. This included ensuring customer
satisfaction, driving sales, building sales skills and product knowledge and maintaining
safety, security and integrity. My knowledge in the Flooring department included, but was

adhesives, knowledge of a variety of carpeting including in stock and special order,

including hard wood/laminate/vinyl flooring and knowledge of closet products and

Teacher: As a substitute teacher I played a pivotal role in ensuring the education of
students whether I was needed as a kindergarten teacher to twelfth grade. Daily activities
included was not limited to the following: followed lesson plans, left by the permanent
teacher, teaching capabilities in all subject areas, excellent communications skills, the
