SUMMARY OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Twenty-eight years of vast experience in the field of construction/project management,
project control and systems, planning and scheduling, estimating, cost engineering,
contract administration, field inspections and other related technical services. Project
experience includes works on several multi-discipline construction of massive/heavy
construction, industrial plant, building, hydroelectric plant, foundation works,
broadcasting, horizontal and vertical construction. Have worked in Indonesia from Dec 1991
to May 1998 on high-rise (five star) buildings, industrial and refinery plants (nickel,
cement, pulp and paper, power plants). Uses Primavera Project Planner and Suretrack as a
tool for scheduling/project management and WINEST software for estimating.
GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION/EXPERTISE:
OWNER?S REPRESENTATIVE OR PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM:
? Prepare project/construction management system procedures.
? Co-ordinate with consultants, designers and vendors regarding procurement and
design/drawings.
? Contracts administration. Prepare bid documents. Analyze, evaluate and negotiate
consultants?, designers?, vendors? and contractors? bids. Prepare contract documents.
? Prepare over-all schedule and budget.
? Oversee and coordinate with the contractor regarding structural discipline.
? Conduct day-to-day inspection and approves pouring requests.
? Evaluates projects? and contractors? work status.
? Prepare crash program schedule if necessary.
? Ensure that works are being implemented in accordance with budget, schedule, plans,
specifications and the owner?s interest.
? Checks, evaluates and approves consultants, designers, vendors and contractors progress
billings, claims and reconciliation of materials and other resources.
? Claims administration. Checks, analyzes and evaluates cost claims (e.g., billings,
extra works, modifications, time extensions, etc) by the contractors.
CONTRACTOR
? Prepare, analyze and evaluate work schedule and resources allocation schedule.
? Prepare project control procedures and systems.
? Update schedule periodically.
? Prepare, analyze and evaluate cost and budget requirements.
? Monitors projects? progress. Monitors man-hours usage and productivity rate. Make
necessary actions required to minimize or eliminate lose of production.
? Co-ordinates with the client.
? Prepare, analyze and evaluate time extension and claims.
? Prepare progress reports.
? Prepare planning, monitoring and data analysis systems.
? Prepare quantity and cost estimate for project and bidding.
